Update 3.19 - Alpha

The 3.19 internal update brought many Graphic Enhancements. One feature however was not presented.


Rarity System
The Rarity System brings logic to the game and rewards as well as build specification by randomly adding a sixth and potentially a seventh bonus to the game's equipment: Weapons, Armour, Helmets, Earrings, Necklace, Bracelet, Shield and Shoes.


Some good things to know:

  • These bonuses differ according to the piece of stuff on which the bonus is present.
  • Each bonus has three levels.
  • Some rare bonuses can be obtained on certain pieces of equipment: Medium Damage, Skill Damage, Half Human, Strength against bosses, stones, monsters and so on.
  • Some less interesting or more specific bonuses can also be found, each item is meant to be unique.
  • Bonuses cannot be changed or added.
  • There are 48 bonuses available. More bonuses may be added later.

There are 7 levels of rarity:

  • Common - No sixth or seventh bonuses.
  • Unusual - A sixth bonus of minimal quality
  • Rare - A sixth bonus of medium quality
  • Epic - A sixth bonus of maximum quality
  • Legendary - A sixth and seventh bonus that is not of maximum quality
  • Artifact - One sixth and one seventh bonus, one of which may be of maximum quality
  • Heirloom - A sixth and seventh bonus with a chance of both being of maximum quality

The level of rarity is calculated according to a specific table, each bonus will give a particular score determining the rarity of the item. The higher the score, the rarer the item.

Other Changes
  • Implementation of graphical improvements. (Shaders, RayTracing, Anti-Aliasing, Anisotropic Filtering, Material Reflection and many more)
  • Fixing a bug when the client is open for too long. The game will now stop to function when minimised and resume its activity when opened.
  • Progress on a possible test version and improved internal functions and portability.
  • Improved the options window to allow you to choose your environment and the transparency of the trees. (+ Wind support)
  • Many miscellaneous additions.
